I love how they make the comparison with judas' betrayal that any of us can betray Jesus; none are exempt from that temptation. We have to constantly check our own hearts to be sure that they are in alignment with Jesus' heart.
I like what Joy said in the video about the self-examination part. How Jesus didn't call one person out, but rather left it open so all 12 had to take a look around and wonder who it was, or if it was them.
